Process analysis includes theoretical and methodological input, applied for the purposes of teaching and training.

The student describes something which has been personally experienced and which connects him/her to psychodrama. The essay will be assessed only by the student’s trainer, who also issues the institute’s certificate at assistant level.

Training to Psychodrama Leader

The training comprises 700 hours (45 mins.), of which 500 hours are spread over 10 weekend seminars (Friday evening to Sunday afternoon); 8 longer seminars (Thursday evening –Sunday afternoon; and one week-long seminar. The training runs over a three-year period in a closed group of approximately 16 people. The student leads his/her own psychodrama groups for 100 hours and participates in 100 hours of supervision of that work. Supervision is organised through 5 seminars of 20 hours in small groups (5-8 students). The institute designates the supervisors. The student presents a thesis of publishable standard of 20-30 pages.
